BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

This is a highly skilled position with a focus on building ReneSola lighting product & solutions for designated sales region and setup brand recognition. The tasks may contain but not limited below:

  • Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed business goals;
  • ather product intelligence necessary for strategic and tactical marketing and business development plans;
  • Develop rebate and pricing strategies to grow share and maintain profitability in territory;
  • Setup, develop and cultivate business relationships with the highest levels of retail customers executives;
  • Lead the lighting sales process by managing the day-to-day, weekly and quarterly business;
  • Collaborate with project sales to promote and sell lighting solutions;
  • Present technical solutions and ReneSola lighting value proposition to customer;
  • Other related tasks.

Requirements:


  • The ideal candidate should come from an established lighting company;
  • Is well networked with large chain stores customers (electrical wholesalers / distributors);
  • Has experience in selling lighting products to Electrical Wholesalers and Distributors;
  • Has good understanding and knowledge on Lighting / LED products;
  • Has proficient sales and promotion skills;
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation presentation and public speaking skills;
  • Adapt to frequent travel.
